International Combined Driving Event
February 23, 2012February 23 to 26 2012
Our International Combined Driving Event is a four day long equestrian event. This event tests carriage drivers and their horses in three different disciplines consisting of Dressage, Marathon, and Cones. During our February International Combined Driving Event you will see drivers and horses from single ponies to FEI four-in-hand Teams that are here from all over the United States and the World! It's beautiful to see the sparkling carriages and sleek horses in the graceful Dressage phase. Next comes the excitment of the horses and carriage driven at top speed through obstacles that are amazing in their complexity in the Marathon phase. And last is the test of the driver's skills in the precision of threading the horse and carriage through the intricate cones course where just hundredths of seconds can spell the difference between winning and losing!
